Alma and character of Samaruc and a true enthusiast of cuisine with a touch of ingenuity. In his gastronomic proposal, the environment and local produce stand out, together with very personal cooking and master classes in flavours and textures.
NATALYA DOLGOPOLOVS
Natalya joined the team in 2015 and transferred his sensibility to all areas of the restaurant. His passion for decoration, the attention he pays to each diner and the care he puts into every detail, have created a unique personal stamp that carries over into the whole Samaruc experience.
SAMARUC TEAM
Sara Gilardi, began his story with Samaruc in 2016 and from the very first moment he has been Ismael's "better half" in the kitchen.
Luis Tamayo, one of the most recent additions to the team. He is a great professional and friend, who brings us an enormous knowledge of the profession.
Andrea Cancela, our kitchen assistant and the person who is able to bring a brilliant balance to every service.
