Soul and character of Samaruc and a true enthusiast of cuisine with touches of ingenuity. In his gastronomic proposal, the environment and local produce stand out, together with very personal cooking and master classes in flavors and textures.

NATALYA DOLGOPOLOVS

Natalya joined the team in 2015 and transferred her sensibility to all areas of the restaurant. Her passion for the décor, the attention she pays to each diner and the care she puts into every detail, have created a unique personal stamp that carries over to the entire Samaruc experience.

SAMARUC TEAM

Sara Gilardi, began her story with Samaruc in 2016 and from the very first moment she has been Ismael’s “better half” in the kitchen.

Luis Tamayo, one of the most recent additions to the team. Great professional and friend, who brings us an enormous knowledge about the trade. 

Andrea Cancela, our kitchen assistant and the person capable of bringing a brilliant balance to each service.

Caterina Paola Lopez, Lourdes Bilbao and Andriy Dronyuk, people who have been indispensable in the growth of the Samaruc house and whose passage through the team has left a huge mark.
