- 500gr of smoked salt or coarse salt
- 20 gr sweet paprika
- 20 gr thyme
- 20 gr rosemary
- 25 gr curry (optional ) according to your culinary tastes
- Metal or plastic tray
- Silicone brush
- 3 hours covered with salt
