Our visitors define us as a restaurant of creative cuisine and we are proud of it. We are also delighted to know that more and more people are appreciating this type of cuisine.

As is well known, one of our commitments is to purchase our products from local producers. With this we achieve two things: on the one hand, to acquire quality local products for the preparation of our dishes and, on the other hand, to contribute our grain of sand to the local economy.


Combining the acquisition of these products with the creativity of our chef, Ismael Bilbao, the results are always excellent.

We want to be your restaurant in Denia of creative cuisine. That is why our chef prepares a new Tasting Menu every month. Month after month, he manages to surprise us with incredible dishes using seasonal produce. Each menu is completely different from the previous one, as well as the raw material used for its elaboration.


For this month he has prepared a menu called El Druida de Otoño . A proposal full of flavors and aromas that remind us, clearly, in the season in which we are. Six dishes and a dessert leave no one indifferent, for its textures, its smells and its incredible flavor in each dish that compose it.

If you visit us this month, you will be able to taste this incredible Rice with Mushrooms that also participates in the Gastronomic Days of Rice Mushrooms. Contest in which more than thirty restaurants of the geography of the Valencian Community have joined. Mushrooms have been chosen as the protagonists of this event because, undoubtedly, they set the gastronomic trend of this season.Although globalization allows their use for many months, there is nothing like enjoying our own mushrooms in full season.
