Our visitors define us as a creative cuisine restaurant and we are proud of it. We are also delighted to know that more and more people are appreciating this type of cuisine.

As is well known, one of our commitments is to buy our products from local producers. With this we achieve two things: on the one hand, to acquire quality local products for the preparation of our dishes and, on the other hand, to do our bit for the local economy.

 

Combining the acquisition of these products with the creativity of our chef, Ismael BilbaoThe results are always excellent.

We want to be your creative cuisine restaurant in Dénia. That is why our chef prepares a new Tasting Menu every month. Month after month, he manages to surprise us with incredible dishes using seasonal produce. Each menu is completely different from the previous one, as well as the raw material used for its elaboration.

 

For this month he has prepared a menu called The Autumn Druid. A proposal full of flavours and aromas that clearly remind us of the season we are in. Six dishes and a dessert leave no one indifferent, for their textures, their smells and their incredible flavour in each dish.

If you visit us this month, you will be able to taste this incredible Rice with Mushrooms which also participates in the Mushroom Rice Gastronomic Days. More than thirty restaurants from all over the Valencian Community have joined this event. Mushrooms have been chosen as the protagonists of this event because, without doubt, they mark the gastronomic trend of this season, even though they are the main ingredient of the season.f globalisation allows them to be used for many months, there is nothing like enjoying our own mushrooms in full season.
