Cooking the future
Next week will take place in Denia an event that we like in the Samaruc. D*NA reinvents itself and becomes the place to learn, discuss and seek solutions so that our real treasure, gastronomy and local products, become the engine of growth.
Under the slogan “Cuinant la terra. Llaurant un futur” the D*NA
Forum will bring together from November 25 to 27 some of the most important actors of the
different areas that have an impact on four areas: gastronomy, territory,
tourism and sustainability.
Gastronomic critics, journalists, chefs, food technicians and
tourism, consultants, businessmen, farmers and ranchers will meet to discuss the
to present, listen and reflect on current events in the different sectors.
and new possibilities for the future.
Structured around the product, tourism, the market, and
innovation, talks will be held to reflect on the
present and the future we want for our region.
As Paco Alonso writes in
this article
of last week “not only in Denia, but in any corner of the Community, gastronomy and local product must be the axes of the framework of progress”.
A declaration of intentions summarized in a masterly and close way in its presentation video and in its final sentence…
what do we do with the broth?
Attendance at this forum is free but limited so registration is recommended. For more information and to consult the schedule of the different talks you can visit the website of the
D*NA Forum
And be sure to watch the pearls in the form of short videos that
have been published in which Pep Romany talks to some of the producers of
our region. A delight with a clear objective of which we want to shape
part.
