MEDITERRANEAN MENU

Snacks

-Mallorcan sobrasada fritters coated in sugar and orange powder
-Pickled tomato croquant with cuttlefish mayonnaise
Cured free-range chicken tenderloin
-Mackerel baked in the sun

Steps

-Cocochas in pil-pil de piparras (a sauce made with peppers)
-Fish fillets flavored with garum (Roman sauce of our ancestors).
-Natural oysters accompanied with apple vinaigrette.
-All i pebre of conger eel casserole.
-Iberian prey cooked in salt with parmentier of fried potatoes and tender garlic.

Desserts

-Mango, coconut, lime and white chocolate cheesecake
-Caramelized walnut ice cream with honey and candied pears with passion berries

Price per person: 150 euro + 10% travel expenses
